Ka’Cee Jones Hazlehurst Georgia Death:- One died and another injured following a deadly accident that happened early this week. The victims were identified as Jeff Davis Middle School 7th-grade students, Brantlee Stapleton and Ka’Cee Jones.
According to reports, Ka’Cee Jones passed away while Brantlee Stapleton sustained serious injuries and is currently receiving medical care. The cause of the accident has not been released. Ka’Cee was a shining light in the school, and was known for his infectious smile and kind spirit.
Jeff Davis Middle School released the following statement:
“We pray they find strength and comfort as they cope with this tremendous loss. The Jeff Davis School System extends its deepest condolences to both families. We want them to know they are not alone—we care about them deeply, and they remain in our constant thoughts. As we return to school, counselors will be available to help our students navigate through this grief.
